If they want to push, they will only push after -OR expired.

I believe they have to maintain the price at below 15 cents, so that the current share holder will keep their share and exercise their -OR in order to earn the free warrant. Else if the mother share is higher than 15 cents, many people will sell their mother share and use the money to take up the rights and earn free warrant. In doing so, one has to pay nothing and maintain the same number of share but with extra free warrant.

By the way I have a number of ex-classmate (Bumi and failed HSC exam) now universities professor.

I was born in 1957, completed HSC in 1977 with disticntion in Pure math apllied math and physics. Mind you those day, being a poor farmer's son, no tuition, no study time, no counselling etc etc, managed to score good results, the only way was to apply for Local Universities ( that time only 5). Rejected by Uni for three straight years, then I applied for Teacher Training Colleage. The interviewer's reasons for rejecting me were my results were too good and afraid that after accepting me I might leave for Uni one day and while the other reson was I didn't have BM. Being East Malaysian, I was not offered BM in school all throughout my schooldays.
Decade later, the Education Minister was saying our country severly lack science and Math teacher. What a Joke?
I started working an many fields from the very lowest salary....I didn't have a chance to immigrate but now I am encouraging my children.
