吉隆坡8日訊）阿瑪達（ARMADA,5210,主板貿服組）首席執行員突然辭職讓人意外，是一項負面消息，不過基於基本面穩定，股價今日不受太大衝擊，分析員認為，該公司擁有龐大長期合約護體，在尋求新任掌舵人之際還是受看好。



聯昌研究表示，在與宣佈辭去該公司首席執行員的哈山巴斯瑪進行電訪後，對方表示基於家庭因素而辭去現有職位，但將會擔任特定項目的顧問至2016年年中。



聯昌認為，這對阿瑪達肯定是一項負面消息，不過，該公司基本面穩定，手握218以令吉長期合約，有關淡化這消息的衝擊；該公司股價一度下跌1仙至1令吉零3仙，過後獲扶持，股價回揚至1令吉10仙，起6仙，並以1令吉零9仙作收，起5仙；今日交投熱絡，是熱門股榜首，全日成交量3千529萬8千400股。

聯昌說，哈山巴斯瑪同時辭去首席執行員和董事職位，2015年1月1日生效；縱使公司人事變動及國際油價低落，以至股價出現調整的狀況，但無損該公司長期基本面。



手握218億訂單

該公司手握218億令吉訂單，該公司正在加納、尼日利亞、納米比亞及安哥拉競標浮式生產儲油船艦（FPSO）合約。

在哈山巴斯瑪的領導下，阿瑪達3年內成為世界第五大浮式生產儲油船艦公司，之前排名第六。他成功獲取的合約包括2014年3月的1506的29億美元合約，是該公司獲取的最大合約。

另外，在3度延後後，該公司管理層預料年杪可以完成攫取Madura的合約，該合約為期10年，總值11億8千萬美元，有延長選擇合約達118億令吉。

聯昌表示，儘管領導層變化和油價下跌衝擊，但該公司基本面完好，可以趁近期股價下跌累積，該公司本益比為16.3倍，比預測的21.2倍有30%溢價；維持該公司“加碼”評級，目標價為2令吉56仙。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：謝汪潮）
