ok,,noted..i just read the Alex Lu webpage..he mentioned this MRT kajang -Sg Buluh which someone who is very close to Scomi has mentioned this to me a few months ago ( i can't really remember that time but i remember he mentioned Kajang). Maybe something is going to happen..
For me , i'm not good in calculation, but i believe if SH run the company, IJM become his controler n Abu become his auditor, this kind of combination won't fail. and is gd to invest in a company which is going to turn their profit to positive.

The problem for most of the developer is land . If u hv an golden egg , u should hv no problem of funding it . Base of the previous recod , they should able to find the way .
For the conversion , I called my broker n he told me 1.00@@,don't take it first n he said he will recheck again .(value too high )

Don't forget the 4 b project coming in end of this year . 50e land at Bukit Jalil to be developed for second Pavilion ( bigger than Mid valley ) n. I heard the property there price gone up at least double. Just imagine the book value of this golden land . Sure is undervalue . If interested can just go there n hv a look yourself n find up the price .

卡马鲁丁售史格米股权 传沙哈金成潜在买家

（吉隆坡25日讯）消息披露，史格米（Scomi，7158，主板工业产品股）联合创办人拿督卡马鲁丁或脱售股权，总执行长沙哈金再恩则是潜在买家之一。

卡马鲁丁为前首相敦阿都拉儿子，他透过-Kaspadu有限公司持有史格米11.09%股权，以史格米上周四41仙闭市价计算，这批股权总值7063万令吉。

卡马鲁丁相信会透过放弃Kaspadu有限公司脱售史格米股权。

《The Edge》引述一名相关人士消息的话说，沙哈金再恩相信是这批股权的潜在买家，购入这批股权料能加强公司的掌控权，许多机构基金都对这批股权感兴趣。

卡马鲁丁上周三（22日）向马交所报备，有意场外交易，沙哈金再恩则在前一天报备将买卖股权。

据了解，卡马鲁丁与沙哈金再恩已经闹翻，卡马鲁丁去年写信给Kaspadu有限公司董事局，要求分拆在Kaspadu有限公司的股权。

当时，一些大股东反对公司董事局为了让IJM（IJM，3336，主板建筑股）入局而发行由沙哈金再恩所提出的可转换债券。

3个月的决裂后，沙哈金再恩开始积极增持史格米股权，根据最新股权变动记录，他手上直接持股1320万100股或0.85%，间接持股1亿7591万7025股或11.32%。

maybe this can explain why Shah is buying ..the reason can be just very simple, just to strenghthen his position. Whether the company making money or not is not importance , as long as he can still overpaid by the company...

tommy, sorry to disturb u here. i was wathching the scomi share whole day, but i can't understand why with such a high volume, but the price can not move , any idea why.(sorry to disturb u here ):)

any experts here can help me to explain this, very high volume but prize not moving .(not reffering to KNM)
