Im planning to buy this company share for long term maybe about a year or two.....do you think i should buy at 80cent-90cent a piece?

anbz why it is overvalued? because i think the penetration of Vietnam market will make the company shares go higher

my target price is 1.60 a piece, do you think it will reach?
