Personally I think this is a good company to invest judging from their financial statement and improving revenue...but...I might be wrong...so you guys judge by yourself...and please do correct me if im wrong..im still learning...

yes. From what I can see, the total liabilities are 29.63 millions inclusive with current and non-current, I think fl888 meant the non-current ones only, so the long term debt are low and looks manageable. And from the cash flow, they do have about 34.2m of bank deposit. But yeaa...6cents looks low, looks fishy...and another thing...they seems to have issued rights before this on Jan 2012,about 31,263m....they only utilised 15,819m so far...so the balance is still there, will they be allowed to announce more rights issue?
