when a co go public listing, always read the propspectus very carefully, dont just listen to the bullshit by the owner, many company go public listing to cheat investor, issue IPO at high price and behind the screen selling ticket to unlock his capital.

day dreaming, KPS earning depends heavily on Toyoplas and CPI, however these 2 subsidiary earning has been disappointed, way below its profit guarantee. I predict KPS QR will be around or even lesser than 28mil.

The management will do it in the form of private placement or right issue when they almost finish the fund they raised from IPO since this co has very high debt. High receivable also mean the having problem to collect payment which eventually may turn into impairment !
