confirmed hopeless, my simeprop went up so much yesterday together with KLCI while EUPE continue dropping to new low everyday, next week most likely will break below 1.08 super important support, c u at 0.8x by end of this year :D

so what, continue to be the most underperform johor property among its peer. No dividend despite sitting on huge cash pile, no bonus issue despite retaining earning is 4 folds of share capital. The management just keeping all these in their pocket, shareholder wont benefit even 1c from the company.

From my experience, stock price keep falling while other peer doing way better, this is a sign of something wrong within the company.

unlimited selling pressure compare to those few property stocks i mentioned. other property stocks rebound strongly when market rebound but EUPE stay flat, thats is a very obvious signal of EUPE gg ing. FYI, EUPE is one of the worst performer among property co that making profit, drop over 30%+ from this year peak.

u should focus on other property stocks, especially those benefit from johor special economy zone. eupe game is over

EUPE profit margin is very low among property stock, profit margin is very important to evaluate a company, low than average profit margin of the industry is a sign of lousy management.
