on top of that, IWH will sell land to Eko at super duper inflated price at RM265 psf while agriculture land nearby only selling at RM10+.. LKH use Eko as ATM for IWH and u guys going to pay for it :D

Eko has a lot of fake buy Q, meaning operator park huge buy Q at lower buy Q, but when price start coming down, they quickly remove it and seller become more panic n keep throwing lower n lower.
