Both side also wants the T&C to be in favor to themselves, and gov wanna squeeze as much as possible so that the proceed from the disposal can be used to settle the huge debts from 1MDB berhad. Gov is considering re tender to get much better price :D

Thats why i said they r liars. No insider news yet pretending they have. Let me tell you, there will be NO announcement coming since gov, IWH-CREC has yet to reach a deal, and there is possibility of re tender due to some sticky issues.

base on my source, BM negotiation hit a gridlock and it seem like the negotiation going to fail. Thats the reason why it took so many months, despite LGE, PM said that deal to be inked soon, yet nothing has happened so far.
