Yes, ESOS will increasing the quantity of share. The employee pay 0.09 and sell 0.095 to company buy back or major shareholder. They get 0.05 profit only from this ESOS program but Dato Lau will profit more if he collecting at hidden hand this time period.

Share buy back will increase shareholder value. Company EPS will calculate without share buy back volume. If company SBB at 10% (it's max in KLSE game)? Company EPS will only count with profit/90% share volume. So EPS will be higher. If company announce dividen, company will receive dividen too.

warrant D is use for attract warrant holder to do conversion, then company can collect the money again from public.

currently mother share is RM0.19, after expired should be adjusted to RM0.13 in price.

IF... for warrant C, exercise price RM0.11 will adjust to RM0.075, it means will have RM0.13-0.075 = RM0.055 in price.

if you have 1 lot WC at price RM0.09, after expired will be 1.5 lot at price RM0.06, normally people wont sell at RM0.06 but higher. So warrant holder may consider to keep without conversion.

another reason is: becoz the investor is foreign investor. for them, they prefer to buy in mother and PA share, it's their culture. PA got priority to have dividend if company wan to give out dividend, and the value is there.
