I don think puncak should buy triplc. I think puncak should cease its operation n distribute the money to shareholders. Since puncak always make loss in every business. Can puncak confirm tat it will make profit after the acquisition?

I think many people in puncak were stuck at 2.80++ pre dividend paid, too greedy to have rm1.00 dividend and 2.50 cash. I don't think have many people will buy puncak now even such a low price, as they cant see the future earning.

Bad time is the best time to privatize. If good time, people will ask for higher price.

Privatise is the best way to get all the money. After that, relisted back and sell back to public again

Like wat will happen to KPS, century bond. Century bond is profitable company. After the acquisition, will century bond will still make profit under kps hand? Business is easy to manage on paper, but in real, will it? YLI is a good example. After bought by Tan Sri Jojo, indirectly linked to Sultan Selangor, wat happened to the share price?

No one will share with u. But just guess. If u r RZL, wat will u do next? The company value is RM3.50, have RM2.50++ n the market price is RM0.90. WIll u buy it? Will u buy the price at RM3.50 or rm1.20?

Jay: The deal will get through no matter wat. They already hold alot of proxies for both companies to make sure it will get through. One question to u, if puncak wan to acquire triplc, Y don they buy triplc in the open market and accumulate slowily, puncak might save alot for acquisition since puncak already have the takeover plan before the syabas deal.

Jay: The land is 258m? This is the value the market quoted. Doesn't mean that u can sell at this value for leasehold land. U can have watever price for ur land, but no buyer. The previous buyer is just a wayang kulit show. U sell the land, but u still got bank loan to pay. I believe tat market is efficient. it will always reflect the real value of the company. If triplc is like wat u said that good, it should reflect the price earlier, but not until the pre acquisition only reflects the real value. The triplc up not because of the business, but the acqusition of rm3. Insider already knew there is an acquisition last year before the deal of puncak. Only middle of this year, they knew it will be 2.50++. If there is no acquisition, i believe tat it will still stay below rm1.60. Bear in mind, u cant guarantee concession or project will contribute positive income. Eg, Sino case in China. It is all depended on the management team.

1. Y puncak acquire triplc?
2. Y triplc wan to sell its business to puncak? If the business has 20% profit from revenue?
3. Y puncak dont wanna to seek for new business instead of triplc?
4. After dispose, triplc dont have business anymore, wat triplc plan to do?
5. If triplc has a new business, instead of buying triplc y don puncak directly buy the business which triplc going to take over? Y the triplc business from RZL right hand changes to left hand?
6. Y don puncak and triplc merge together? Exchange share? Puncak can get triplc business, triplc can get puncak business? The company will grow stronger.
7. After the acquisition, will triplc buy land or business from puncak? Will puncak buy triplc, Peb buy puncak? Something weird. The transaction is keep changing in the box. Not outside the box? So funny? Who will get benefit in this process?

Shock with triplc offer.... Too bad to puncak

It will sell at 1.00 or cut loss at 13.5%

Hng: today the volume is so low. I wont cut loss. My average is 0.93-0.935. The lowest price i bought is 0.925

My target is 0.80. Where is the uptrend? Positive news? Hng

Hng: The first time i saw ur comments, i was really impress. Then i followed ur comments in every forum. Gradually, i found out tat, u r "too kind" to share the info.I started to feel doubted about it. As my understanding, i am dare to say no one will share their hardwork research with other poeple if u know tat ur supernormal profit will share with others who did nothing but get a free info. Secondly, ur research is too perfect, except u r CFA or CPA graduated. Third, U can do research for so many companies at one time, this cant be done by one person, need a team. Lastly, the stock u always promote did not create new high after u announced u have sold it. Most of them felt badly. If the fundamental is so strong, can it be easily changed in a year?
