with the great balance sheet now, and with major shareholders only holding 35%, it will be a good takeover target.
without the sale of MAAT, NOBODY can make a GO on the company without BNM approval. After tomorrow anyone can do a GO and kick out the current people.

Initial Investors are gonna sue Sona Board for not defending the company and going into liquidation. the liquidation may go into legal problem like CLIQ.

2. This is too low to be acceptable as sizeable company when they tender for contracts from BIG boys.

4. SAM may undertake a bigger Bonus Issue to reflect its inflated shareholders funds and the size of the company today.

We want to hear educated opinions from people who know the process. I was also told SPAC liquidation is different as the trust money is not part of the capital (in audited accounts its a liability and not capital) so doesn't require court process to pay out. Can anyone confirm.

If the management does not offer sweetener to shareholders the deal is gonna and will be dead again.
They have to know that if share price below 49 sen the QA will be dead. All effort must be made to convince investors to buy up the shares to show confidence in the QA. that's the only way to get the QA approved.
