If you want to convert, convert early so that you have the shares with you to sell when there is a sudden surge. I expect a surge when the ex-date is announced.

Conversion of WB - probably no risk and high profit. Why don't want to convert? Based on today's prices (24 sen and 6 sen), 8 sen difference if convert and sell! 50% profit! Will the price drop to 16 sen in the next 8 trading days? Even so, you will lose the commissions only! How much will you earn if the price goes up to 30 sen? Where to find another warrant like this?

Counting chicken before they are hetched ... wb bought at 4 sen, convert to mother share add 10 sen, cost 14 sen. If sold at 20sen, profit is 6 sen or 42.9%! If mother share 28 sen ... profit is 100%!!! Can reach 28 sen ka? Don't say I didn't tell you about the benefit of warrant conversion.

Good sign ... 20sen highest volume, 100% buy; 19.5 sen 2nd highest volume, 92% buy. Deepavali present coming!

yokemui, I think you don't have to worry about your wb conversion. Maybank is responsible to get it done properly for you.

yokemui, there is a fee of RM21.20 charged by Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, the Registrar for TRIVE, for the conversion. It's written in the form. I guess you deal with Maybank. Then yours is a nominee account meaning Maybank holds the shares/warrants for you. You may not have the liberty to do the conversion yourself. You have to check with your remisier first.

yokemui, I don't know how you are doing it. I just filled the form myself and sent it by courier service together with the bank draft,cheque for service charges and photocopy of IC. Very simple. If yours is a nominee account, it may not be the same. Check with your remisier.

Assuming that you buy wb today at 5 sen and sell the mother shares at 19 sen after conversion (using today's prices). You make about 4 sen which is 26% profit! And most likely you can sell at more than 19 sen! Unless war breaks out or something like that! Mana nak cari stock macam ini? Simple arithmetic!

I cannot find another warrant like Trive-Wb selling at such a good premium. If you can find one, please let me know. Thanks.

If you want to convert wb, do quickly. Not good if you get the mother shares after the ex-date of the bonus issue!

As you can see, wb price is not moving. Even if you get more free warrants, how much can you earn? Don't forget that the price will be adjusted when bonus is listed.

In my opinion, by exercising wb and then sell the mother share you will earn much more, even if you sell immediately after you get the shares. I will sell mother shares after ex-date is announced when the price goes up. After the bonus issue, not sure whether the price will go up. I am in the process of converting wb. Getting the mother shares soon. Bought at 4 sen.

20 sen possible today?

In my opinion it's very hard to make money by trading wb. If you want short term gain, better buy the mother share.

Imagine how much you can earn if you buy wb at 4 sen and convert ... when the mother share reaches 20 sen! It's very possible!

stncws, who says no opportunity to convert. I have bought and converted and sold and buying more to convert! The ex-date for bonus issue will take a while. So it is very safe to convert. It takes only about 9 days from the day you sent out the form, including weekends. When the ex-date is announced there is probably another surge in the share price!

Those who had bought the warrants at 4 sen to convert should be very happy today! I just sent yesterday. My second batch.

Can exercise. Get the form from your remisier. Read carefully. Follow the instructions in the form.

Hubline is a money losing company!

WB is a bonus warrant. Some holders may want to sell for immediate gain. It is still very new. Not many holders may want to convert.

I expect the mother share price to move up when the ex-date is announced for the bonus issue.

The bonus issue will take some time to materialise. In the company announcement, it was stated that "the board expects the Proposed Bonus Issue to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2017."

I think the mother share price will be stable at least if not uptrend in view of the bonus issue. I am converting some WB. Not a suggestion for others to follow.

newrookie,nobody can tell you what is the best thing to do. You have to weigh the pros and cons and then make a decision.

newrookie, conversion takes about 2 weeks. So not sure what will be the price after 2 weeks.

I think the company will keep the price of wb low and attract conversion so that they get cash. Maybe this is reason why the price of wb is low and not moving.

Can convert wb anytime.

If you buy wb @ 0.04, your cost will be 0.14 after conversion. Unless the mother share falls from 0.17 to less than 0.14 in 2 weeks, you will not lose money. Falling 3 sen is a high percentage of the share price and I think it is not likely at the moment in view of the bonus issue. If after conversion, the mother is 0.16, you make 2 sen which is about 14% profit! Just my 2 cents worth.

I think it's worthwhile to buy TRIVE-WB and exercise it. Good premium.
