@wilson.....to value the warrants..first during the offer of warrants, we must calculate weather it is in money or out of money....the warrants is in money means exercise price of warrants is lower than adjusted price of stocks on the ex-date.....the warrants is out of money when exercise price of warrants is higher than adjusted price of the stocks....in the case of serba, the exercise price of warrants is 2.62 and the adjusted price is around 2.00...meaning it is out of money and to value the fair price of warrants is rather subjective...some people use warrants premium to determine the value of listed warrants..the higher the premium is no good.
In this forum somebody had calculated if the warrants listed at around 30sen, then the warrants premium is about 50% which is rather at the higher side. Why 50% ?? say if you bought warrants today at 30.5sen. If you want to exercise the warrants for an ordinary shares ,you have to pay 2.62. So your cost of conversion from warrants to ordinary shares of serba is about 3.00 which is 1.00 premium to market price of 2.00, a 50% premium...so in theory today closing price of 30.5sen is already a bit high.....but looking at ceiling price of 30.5sen, some investors opine that it is still cheap. But in my own opinion, the price of warrants should at least 30% of price of mother share....keep the finger cross, if another ceiling on monday.....60 sen.......

may be another ceiling on monday at 60sen.......
