me too.....I am one of those it's IPO investors......I got a big MITI allocations when not many people intrested with it's IPO. I made the biggest ever profit out of this sona since I started playing saham more than 30 years ago. SONA will be always in my mind.....adios......

In item 2.4 (iii) of the IPO prospectus, EPS is presented as 16.7 sen where else the actual EPS is only 1.67 sen. How come TA do not properly check this before presenting the prospectus to the public......

you must understand that in a true sense there is no dilution for any bonus issue......in bonus issue although there are increaments in number of shares , these additional shares will be given to all the existing share holders, so nothing to lose.......right issue and shares placement will dilute shareholders intrest......

today dato' mohamed khadar merican announced he sold his 100 lots sona shares at 45 sen, apa macam dato' lu tak caya sama ini refund hah. if you wait for the refund you will get more than 45 sen what....

don't blame directors lah, they had done their best by acquiring good assets but if shareholders don't approve the QA...whose to blame....share holders lah..but you cannot blame shareholders also, how to approve QA if stock price during EGM is below IPO price. Then whose to blame...finally goes to SC for introducing SPAC to our market although SPAC had failed somewhere else....but you cannot blame SC also because they thought SPAC will be successful in this BOLEHLAND.......believe me.... reach and redsona will face the same fate as sona......and no more spac approval by SC.....to hibiscus...you are damn lucky.....
