吉隆坡3日訊）海事重工（MHB，5186，主板貿服組）新首席執行員自今年3月1日上任以來，該公司已取得至少總值8千萬令吉新合約，另有3項總值逾2億4千萬令吉新合約也“勝券在握”，扭轉訂單合約下跌的劣勢。
已獲8千萬新合約
聯昌研究因此將該公司評級兩級跳，直接從“減碼”上調至“加碼”評級，這也是該行自2012年1月16日以來首次給於“加碼”評級，更為強勁訂單合約將是潛在重估價值的催化因素。
聯昌最近與海事重工管理層會面，從中帶來一些意外驚喜，特別是自新首席執行員阿布菲特里自今年3月1日上任以來，為該公司增添多項新工程合約，包括已攫取7項至少總值8千萬令吉新合約。
同時，另有3項總值逾2億4千萬令吉合約也接近到手，這是該公司自2014年首季以來，首次有希望扭轉訂單合約下跌劣勢。其中為19艘船只（16艘為外國船）為維修工作。
聯昌上調2016年及2017年每股盈利預測，並將目標價從1令吉20仙上調至1令吉50仙，或等於其2016年財政年預測本益比15倍，與市場本益比目標一致。
海事重工截至2015年3月31日為止，訂單合約為12億令吉，創下自2010年10月29日上市以來最低水平。新管理層採取兩大新策略，包括將目前本地導向營運多元化至其他區域市場、以及減少過於依賴組裝業務而加強其海事維修領域。
海事維修業務的賺幅可達10%，反觀組裝業務則僅為3%。2014年財政年，該公司的組裝業務占營業額的88%，而海事維修僅為12%，同時較少受到周期性質影響。
該公司已開始加強其海事維修領域，目前該公司投標更多海外區域工程合約，以及其柔州巴西古當船塢已為16艘外國船進行維修工作。
海事重工競標總值72億令吉的工程合約，外國及國內比例為63對37。預料投標結果將從2016年初起陸續宣佈。海外工程經驗為2011年完成的土庫曼斯坦的一項總值81億令吉的工程、採購、建築、裝置及啟用工程合約。
專注海外3地區
國內市場方面，該公司覬覦川崎中央加工平台（CPP）組裝工程合約，以及柔州邊佳蘭國油石油提煉及石化綜合發展計劃（RAPID）配套。至於海外市場，該公司將專注3個主要地區，包括非洲、加拿大及中東。
聯昌建議累積海事重工股票，以從中汲取該公司訂單合約揚升的勢頭。
海事重工股價曾經到達過1令吉20仙目標，惟自2014年8月5日以來卻重挫65%，比馬股綜指下跌58%還重。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：李文龍）
