Hmm, Institution is long time shareholder and oil price will stay low for at least 5 years. Is difficult to imagine what's the share price of AirAsia 5 years later. If Institution really selling off all of their shares, price can goes down to 20 cents. Foreign shareholdings alone more than 60%.

Less debt means higher valuation higher share price.

It will be good for all shareholders, since RM1 billion will resolve all of the existing issues. The new valuation on the new diluted earnings will then be the same since Airasia can command higher valuation as issues are resolved with the RM1 billion.

If raise money, why give declare dividend of more than RM110 million?

The CEO say the RM 400 million receivables are from new projects and can last for 3 years. 10 percent profit is about 13 million a year, providing 3 years earning visibility of EPS 10 Cents year on year.

No more impairment in the coming quarters, meaning EPS of 10 cents in the next 4 quarter results which share price can go up to 80 cents (P/E 8)
