One of the reason is airasia fully unhedged oil for 2016.

I just checked few airlines around the world and found that those stocks rallied between at least 50% to 500%. I think airasia will be winner in 2016, at least 50% upside if not 300% or even 500%.

RM1.88 is the target price if we assume that Indonesia and Philippine associates is bankrupt. So the zero risk target price could be 1.88

If SIA can double their profit (more than 100%) in Q2, I think Airasia also can double their profit for Q2 in the absence of forex threat.

For Jan - March, USD appreciated by 0.2 and earning was 5.4 cents. If March - June, only appreciated by 0.05, meaning Q2 earning will be fabulous.

Airasia have dropped 55% from RM2.9 and the chart looks like water fall while crude oil dropped 25% in July alone and the tourism get a boost from the lowest ringgit. I just hope for a short relieve rebound to RM1.9 :)
