I believe in all successful commercial building there is " yield growth " ie rental increment " capital appreciation growth " my point of view no malice intended but if syndicate can push it down i am fine with it .

For almost high % of certainity imago will open yr end n most probably before xmas . N we know this is prime location , this is ultimate criteria of success n following a winning formula is main reason i m not selling now . This to me is a goldmine not fully extracted its real value .

acevent bro u cannot value completed imago at 700m cos loan already 600m plus interest payment plus 3 -5 yrs construction time n etc . At least to sell imago would b 1billion to cover cost n to make profit . If to sell but why sell when if successful in a few yrs time it could b worth 1.5b . Meanwhile rental alone is profitable by 30m per annum . That is my view only not to criticise . Tq

I stay in kota damansara used to b non desirable area now agents posting looking 4 seller ( when i shifted here so many hse for sale now none except lelong sale ! ) l think my hse probably more than double in value . Coming back to imago area which l was there more than 10 yrs ago i like the location then huh something like gurney drive very chic n upmarket . Like!!!
