I believe hibis will do better from now on. And very likely petronas will approve the transaction. Having ping and hibis as a partner in the oil rig will help in improving the production per day while increasing the profit margin. Ping and hibis is also a responsible partner where they put aside x amount of profit in a trust fund for decommissioning later on.
