Profits from recurring rental income seen increasing....why never launch any new projects....???

了 Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad（ANEKA、0226）的业绩被公布，而 ANEKA 也是今天刚出招股书的 Glostrext Berhad 的客户，时机非常耐人寻味。

无论如何，我们今天的焦点将会是 ANEKA，那么接下来就直接开箱该公司的季报好了。

在该季（2023 财政年 Q3）中，ANEKA 的营业额为 RM 41.2 Million，这对比去年同期（2022 财政年 Q2）的 RM 37.5 Million 已有所改善了 RM 3.8 Million 或 10.05% 左右，不过，公司在季报内并无提及营业额提高背后的因素。

以笔者对于该公司的了解，ANEKA 这家公司其实一直以来都在持续获取订单，只是鉴于公司过去的项目属于 “Legacy Projects” - 即盈利率对于公司并不利好的项目，因此才会出现亏损的局面，实际上公司本身的业务还是有在持续推进的。

值得一提的是，从上个季度（2023 财政年 Q2）开始，ANEKA 的毛利（“Gross Profit”）就已经回到了有盈利的水平。

那么以税前亏损（“LBT”）来说，可见在建筑材料价格下滑（对，打桩也是用到水泥和钢铁）和 Legacy Projects 已经慢慢完结的情况之下，公司的 LBT 也从去年同期的 RM 7.7 Million 收窄至该季的 RM 2.4 Million 左右。

而在对比上个季度之下，ANEKA 的营业额则稍微从 RM 43.0 Million 左右下滑至该季的 RM 41.2 Million，下滑幅度为 RM 1.1 Million 或 4.03% 左右，同样可惜的是，公司并无提及营业额下滑的原因。

但是值得读者们去留意的是，ANEKA 的 LBT 同样还是在持续收窄，已经从上季的 RM 4.2 Million 收窄至该季中的 RM 2.4 Million 左右。

从现金流来看，ANEKA 在 2023 财政年 9M 内的净经营现金收入为 RM 20.9 Million，比去年同期的 RM 1.6 Million 依然有非常明显的改善，不过公司手头上的现金如果扣除 Fixed Deposit 和 Overdraft 则是负 RM 1.9 Million，这一点是读者们需要留意的。

This issue was surely not given to the 4 big shareholders....Chin Hin and friends already have more than 10%...if they take it....that would make them the biggest shareholder in Aneka.....Aneka will fit well into Chin Hin's rapid expansion plans....

Difficult years with steel prices at record high - over.
Losses coming down - order book above 300 million till date...
Constructuon and property stocks all rebounding to new highs...
Market rebounding...up 30 to 40 points past 10 trading days...
Cash flow has improved with its Private placement almost completed...
New big shareholder coming in with cash...if its the CHC/ CBT group...then companies operations and turnover and profits will improve....
Inching closer and closer to the 25sens mark....everything looks good..

Didnt make much....tried to follow for awhile after that....pjbumi rose like crazy till RM1.60 level...

He added that Aneka Jaringan is also increasing its capacity in Indonesia through the acquisition of machinery. Increased economic activities in the republic have also brought about many opportunities in both the government and private sectors that Aneka Jaringan intends to capitalise on, he said.

On a separate matter, Aneka Jaringan has also successfully placed the first tranche of its private placement exercise, comprising 46.3 million placement shares on June 22. The amount that was raised through the exercise was RM7.6 million.

As of June 22, Aneka Jaringan has secured a total of RM280.2 million in new projects, with local projects contributing RM266.5 million, while the remainder comes from Indonesia.
