The new management is exercising prudence and using proceeds from rights to pare down the borrowings. Change of CEO means there will be change of several "koncu koncu" too. Board has been very careful not to rock the boat and as such change CEO only after 1 year after taking over company.

There was no unusual increase in revenue qtr to qtr but profit came back. Means the business is profitable. With its worldwide distribution over 10 countries spread over Europe, Middle East, Asia, its revenue is not derived from local market.

next budget must be one that will spur public spending and encourage high impact projects. Infrastructure and property development have great multiplier effects...developers with good size and strategic landbank at lower cost will be first to benefit..the govt is still committed to providing housing for the masses and with GE 2018 nearer..no other government stimulus initiative is more effective than the property development..

We base our optimism on facts. Needs to be timed with good fundamental announcements.Results this quarter should be out by next week. After that it will be followed by FY 2015 ended April 30 around July.
If any movement should take place, it will be around next week onwards...
Today, investors and investment funds and the SC is more regulated and sophisticated. What we can foresee and think, they can too. No free lunch in this world. TPY do not work for us.

Only after then, we can see a true price adjustment... will be in the radar starting June.

Last night Yellen already confirmed the Feds will not touch the rates for now. Market will continue to be good for a little while as elections is next year in US. Markets need to reflect the positivity of policies implemented by Obama. Good for Clinton Hilary as they are democrats.
Market wise, small corrections here and there is normal.
Who is big who is small fry in Nexgram, one who takes a 3 to 6 month time frame will know.
Last year they held at a steady price between April till August at 11 to 11.5 before trying new high..
This time, I would think we need about one more month...dont worry, Nexgram will need to adjust to its true value. They have liquidity in shares, fundamentals are good. Just stay put like Dr.Warrant.
