Target price of Comfort to be conservative 3x for Q2 2021
Q1 2021 PAT = 16.3m
Q2 2021 PAT = 16.3x3 = 48.9m

Assume Q3 and Q4 2021, PAT is the same as 48.9m
Total PAT for 2021 = 16.3+(48.9x3) = 163m
NOSH = 583m
EPS = 163/583 = 0.28

PER = 30, the target price is RM8.40

Stock piling of PPE for strategic resource = 1 to 2 more yrs of elevated demand for gloves.

Freetospeak sifu, my judgement:

1. Malaysia covid case less than 3 digit. Malaysian dont feel the fear locally.

2. Foreign, covid case still worst. Will worsen by winter. They hedge their fund in glove. Since it is so cheap now in Malaysia. Malaysian cheap sell to them. Mercator closed at 331 yesterday. Mercator will reach 2nd peak again by winter.

Glove share price shall be according to the covid cases not vaccine.

Invest in a stock that has growth in it. Supermax Q4 2020 already proved it. Figures dont lie.

Covid cases is increasing..have the world flatten the curve?

Even vaccine is ready and approved by WHO, glove is still a demand. At present, shortage of glove in many countries as shared by our sifus above post.
