If it is really a good news, the price should stay 18 sen and above.. It shows that they themselves also not convinced by the announcement. No effect at all. Only huge volume, but price remained stagnant.

Its previous announcement said that the right issue exercise must be COMPLETED by 5 April 2014. What does "completed" means actually? Last day to announce the relevant dates after the RI exercise has been approved by Bursa? Or means that the right issue shares & warrant must be listed by 5 April 2014? If it means the later, then I afraid that it might not have sufficient to do so. Left only 1 month.
Any investment bankers here that can advise?
