Unfortunately ratings change only after something good or after something bad happened.

This is why timely submitted Audited Accounts are so important to me as bilis investors, to All Banks, to their Suppliers, to some customers, to rating agencies etc.

(2) Busy to try to submit AR latest by 31 Dec 2021

(3) Busy preparing for next Court session on 17 Jan 2022

(4) Busy with Satellite New Project

(5) Busy BAU (unusual or usual? @wongchin)

(6) Busy with Bankers & Bondholders

(7) Ceo lagi busy with buy or sell shares?

Now there is an actual default, the agent will need to call for a meeting.
After meeting if holders so decide then an event of default will be called.
To get holder to attend will need a little time to hild meeting.

Prudentinv News keep spreading on the default of payment but the owner of bond holder did not give them notice of default. Do you notice this?

What roles Serba gonna play in this project?

Up to SC to complete its ongoing investigations.

Up to court to decide on Bursa’s request to compel Serbak to release the ‘factual findings’ from EY to the public or otherwise.

Agree @alenac. Seems now SC owes the public the results of their ‘ongoing’ investigations.

I personally am not happy with the current ‘corporate’ behaviour of serbak & Karim, but I cannot say that they are ‘guilty’ until any wrongdoings are Proven Beyond Reasonable Doubt..
