4.29M changed hand at RM 1.98 at last 10min. The price sure wl drop further.

No hope for this counter. Too easy to manipulate after shares consolidated 10 : 1. Always buyer and seller price gap is high .

Before the shares consolidate, one cent increase will still made money with bulk volumes purchase as hng33 made . After the consolidation.the story will be difference & it will be a big loss to the investors

Mulpha end up will be same as Thriven but the difference is going to take over by the major shareholder _Mr Lee & not outsider bcos of it's rich asset. Before it's last year RI, a/cs was made beauifully & attractive with good profit. Subsequetnly after the RI, profits were impressive. End quarter of 2016 a/cs been manipulated & created attrative again to attract investor step in further & share price reached to the higest 31.5 if not mistaken. 10 days after reached it's higest & announced shares consolidate 10 to 1 whcih will better for the major shareholder to take over with min capital. The coming quarter profit will not be good to made sure the NTA reach the lowest. Unlikely Mulpha shares will going up. Its a con co

I think the possibility of private placement will call off seems the price is keep on dropping everyday & RI will be the future plan.

Mulpha is run by some mastermind group which made the BOD & subs shareholders richer & exploit the minority shareholders. The Dato Yusli was BUrsa CEO before prior joined Mulpha on July 2001.

After the Right, no longer need to make the figures impressive. Thru its track record (the previous 2 Rights), these are the Mulpha's common practices. The losses will be slowly growing by quarter & quarter. Those in the BOD are smart minded on fin & a/cg background. Everyone needs to be careful with this giant Elephant.

let Mr Lee gains & sapu all OR. The mother share is that low & close to the OR price. All sit in the Mulpha BOD are smart minded & majority are well knowledge on fin & accountancy + Sc background. The mother share will shot up or down after the Right?

Thru RI is the cheapest & easiest way to raise funds to finance the bank borrowings &working capital & with no any obligation other than conduct the EGM & seek the SC's approval. Mulpha's 1st RI was in year 2000 RM 174.3M (AR 31/12/2000 Pg 62 N24) & the 2nd was Mar2010 RM 471,183M (AR 31/12//2010 Pg37).Over the last two RI, the shares buy back considerations were RM 97,999M (2005-2008 according to the AR31/12/2008 Pg94) & RM 92,137M (2010-2015 AR31/12/15 Pg121). How about the 3rd RI & how much will be in total if the purpose of the RI is to finance the bank borrowings & working capital.

How much the company has been paid for the treasury shares since beginning until now & where & how to get the cash flow statements

They are big players & altho we are insignificant in the market & we need to be firm & strong on our stand, otherwise will might be caught

Who are the buyers & sellers behind & after the announcement. Now is the time they are making short money altho few cents but in term of volumes, the profits are huge

The company seek the shareholders approval for the shares buy back in the future on the coming AGM (to maintain the shares prices which the common reason will be given) & what is the motive behind coz on the other hand to raise funds thru the RI. Mulpha is rich in liquidity & capital & why ask money from us. You & me are not the BOD & unable to decide how to use the funds. Can anyone explain here ?? Are the majority going to subscribe for the RI & why ??

Before the recent announcement on the RI entitlement, Mulpha's shares was maintained around 28.5 cents-30 cents (even the highest 31.5 cents) for about a month & high in volumes ; especially a week before the announcement altho the market was unimpressive. After the last 2 days announcement, the shares prices dropped & almost closer to the RI price of 25 cents & why??? Who were the big sharks b4 the announcement & after. They will be the winner in the end

If the 'big shark' keep on selling at 0.25 now & if the adjusted price after the RI is below 0.25. We will be the loser as retailer
