unless overall market crash there is nothing to worry. Fundamentals of the company did not change. Macro conditions are just perfect for another wonderful quarter. The more it drops the more attractive it becomes.

I dont think its overpriced. assuming continuous weak macro factors with low commodities price + weak ringgit, the annualised EPS is 15 x 4 = 60c or better.

translate that to current PE of 22 will give you a TP of (22 x 60 ) RM13. Mind you, the PE of 22 is the lowest among the 3 largest (Harta @ 44 presplit ; Kossan @ 34)

I believe this has plenty of room to run, and without doubt the short term catalyst would be the bonus issue + 15c dvidend.

In my opinion, i think this is a very healthy consolidation. after almost 20% surge in 3 days.

For me its nothing to worry. Healthy pullback/profit taking after 5 days continuously up by 20%.

At 9.20 my remisier was screaming me to sell..it went to 9.40

at 9.40 my remisier its enough profit and asked to take it. It shot up to 9.77.

It closed at 9.55 yesterday with high volume done, only natural for some to take profit. There is nothing but good news about this counter. so what do you fear?

Bonus issue.

The company will reward one additional share for every share held.

Meaning to say the if you hold 10 shares at ex date, you will have 20 shares after the issue date. (for example 10 shares @RM 10 will become 20 shares @ RM5 after the bonus issue)

The value will be adjusted to half as the value of the share/company does not change. The company is merely taking accumulated profits from is reserves and converting into additional share cap.

Dividend is only for those shares held on cum-date (the date before ex-date)

Easy way to explain ex-date = the date "EXcluding" the dividend

Its 12 sen for this round interim. You dont have to hold until payment date. just hold until the day before the ex-date... which i believe has yet to be announced.

Looking at Harta and Kossan at PEs above 30x.... even at a conservative PE of 25 is worth RM11 for Topglove.

Dont forget the bonus issue.
