Sans one off listing expenses, the profit is 14.3 mils, approximately the same as last quarter, which means the dilution effect of 37% has been overcome in just one quarter. For a micap, could we have possibly imagined any better!

Holding concentration has increased 6% overnight because of the pension fund, and the effective free float has reduced substantially. Assuming an effective free float of 25%, the drop in supply would induce a premium of 30% in an other-worldly ideal market.

The founder needs at least 4.4 + 0.7 = 5.1 mil. I reckon he must feel rather extraneous and procedurally painful.

This transaction actually reveals a little on the status of a progressing exercise.

I think it's reasonable to expect for at least 2-3 phases of development/expansion for the cluster, extending the new (substantial) revenue stream to at least 10 years. Theretofore, the uptrend of revenue is too far for any realistic guess.

The revenue from PAC is expected to be substantial.

The PAC is forthcoming in 2019. Penta will begin charting and transforming into a higher value chain for Industry 4.0.
