We minorities do not want to see the proposal passed during EGM because doing so will severely affect the upward trending profit in the upcoming quarters. We do not like to see substantial increase of interest cost and acquisiion cost that are deemed unnecessary to eat up our net profit despite higher sales. We do not want a very bumpy financial result. Do not teel us how cheap IWCITY is. It is just nothing to Ekovest minorities. We just wanna be focus on existing infra project. Have a steady cashflow and higher EPS.

LKH worries more than we minorities do. His net worth drops so much. Indeed, his financing facilities will be contracted.

LKH should be friend with minorities. Refrain himself from being arrogant and show sincerity to us. We long term investors will not be easily affected by the price fluctuation. I have gone through the toughest moment when Ekovest dropped from 1.50 amid the call off of bandar Malaysia (Ekovest was indeed innocent) and huge draw down when the proposal was suggested in October last year. This few cents drop is just nothing to us. LKH proxies, you are just a big crown who underestimates our hoarding power.

EKOVEST alone can do much better than if it acquired IWCITY. Victory is ours finally.

Recently there are so many LKH proxy and cyber troopers at this webpage. We retail investors only lost a few cents but LKH lost more than us. He has a bigger problem to restructure IWCITY. Hahahaha, LOL at LKH and his proxies.

Ekovest cannot go lower than 0.90 because there is no negative news at the moment. Always appreciate value investing.

If Lim and his IB are really interested to convince minorities to support the deal, they should show sincerity to minorities that he was not playing around the acquisition at the expense of minorities. At least a presentation by his investment banker (like last timeduring EGM to sell of Duke 40% stake). I was so shocked by such a very unprofessional response from KC Lim and independent directors. It was apparent that they did not do their homework well or they thought we minorities were less financially literate and educated than them. So funny and ridiculous when KC Lim said “this is Ekovest EGM bla bla bla..” and tried to avoid the critical questions about uncertainties of receipt of Greenland land sale proceeds by throwing the ball to Iwcity. Ironically, LKH was beside him and kept silent all the way. Of course people would feel something fishy behind the scene. If we go to pasar to buy fish, we will ask fishmonger whetger the fish is ikan tawar ke atau ikan laut, segar ke tak segar etc. Plus, the EGM chairman was really a joke. She said “of course business must come together with risks”. Come on, we did not expect this kind of surface-level finace 101 answer froma director. She thought this kind of reply sufficed to respond to minorities’ query. They never explained how they conducted a due diligence and come up with such a suggestion. They should have prepared well and never ever take minorities’ support for granted.

The adverse impact of price drop of Ekovest and IWCITY to Lim family is mch more worse than to us minority shareholders. I bet Tab Sri won’t play with fire on his own. Don’t forget he has pledeged security account with investment bank.

If Lim pressed down the price, he will be worse off. Because he will suffer from price drop too.

Harga saham tak banyak naik selepas pengambilalihan IWCITY telah ditolak semasa EGM. Mungkin LKH’s proxies sedang menjual saham saham yang mereka beli sebelum EGM di bawah arahanya. (mereka tu 30%++ yang mengundi “yes” ). Jadi, harga saham tak akan meningkat sekarang tapi tidak lama kemudian harga akan naik ke nilai berpatutan, iaitu RM 1.50 dalam masa 2 bulan sebelum QR report dikeluarkan.

Lim tak peduli Ekovest minorities, dia hanya ambil hati terhadap IWH listing pada masa depan. Jadi, dia ingin mengawal aset IWCITY terlebih dahulu. Dia nak dapat IWCITY dengab harga yang rendah dan tidak berpatutan dan list asetnya di bawah nama IWH pada masa yang akan datang. Jadi, dia lah seorang yang menikmati kebaikan yang paling banyak. Malah, minority Ekovest hendak menangung risiko harga saham yang bumpy.

Kalau pengambilalihan ni diluluskan, Lim akan mengawal Iwcity dengan peganan saham yang kira kira 50.00%++. Sebab dia tak da begitu wang tunai yang mencukupi, dia menggunakan Ekovest sebagai alat untuk melangsungkan pengambilalihan tersebut.

Kalau Lim ada wang yang cukup panggil proxy nya beli ekovest yang saham ny sejumlah saham saham yang dipegang oleh institusi investor, Lim tak perlu adakan pengambilalihan IWCITY dengan Menggunakan Ekovest.

The acquisition cost will drag EKOVEST performance, given the risks that no assurance of successful disposal of land to Greenland (delay) payment and interest rate risk (upward trend amid monetary contraction).

Being Ekovest shareholder, the proposal shoulg be turned down.
