I am pretty much impressed by the DUKE master development plan, especially DUKE 2A which is now in the process of finalization. KL River City is also a good property development plan in prime area in Kuala Lumpur. Also, the listing of DUKE 1 and DUKE 2 is very much looked forward and would be the next catalyst to make share price spike to new high, given the condition that 5+2 listing criteria mentioned during the last EGM.

@bagan: You are wrong. The next quarterly report will be released in August. By them time, the remarkable earnings performance will boost the share price to new high. Last quarterly report was not attractive enough because of the one-off expense for employee's option scheme. This time round it would be much better. Believe it or not, your choice.
