Those who sell off their shares at cheap price are really STXPID. Bought at 2.50++ and sold at 2.13. Investor should have a bet on tomorrow revised budget instead of fearing.

My opinion:
(1) Sales drops due to zero order book replenishment
(2) Profit improves significantly thanks to good cost control as most projects are interlinked and consistent. Lower fixed cost at the site.

Politician tends to file those eye-catching program in the policy. Because he needs votes. When he says infrastructural development, ordinary people do not have idea how it benefits them. BRIM equals cash received by the people. Of course, BRIM can be an effective propaganda for Barisan Nasional. Common sense, isn't it?

If the government does not have money, can raise fund via issuance of Sukuk and Bond. Infrastructural development by all means will boost domestic economic growth given the scenario that Malaysia is still a developing economy. We are at the galloping state toward developed nation. The government spending multiplier effect is much bigger and more effective vis-a-vis developed nations. As long as economic growth persists, nothing to be afraid of borrowing to fund those projects. Although, to certain extent I disagree with Keynesian approach.

Don't be silly. If the government cuts down the development spending and cease to carry on MRT 2.0 and 3.0, then the Greater Kuala Lumpur Transport Development Blueprint will be a Super White Elephant. All the cost invested in MRT 1.0, LRT 3.0 and Sky Bus will be sunk cost. The government may revise the budget and the administrative expense will probably be cut down.

Malaysia could have technically change the KTM railway to high speed railway. No need to wait for Singapore to approve.

Malaysia should not have return the railway in Singapore in exchange for the commercial prime land in Marina Bay. Then, the High Speed Rail project would not be pending for so long.

MRT 2 project annoucement will be released by March. Tender closed last December. If Gadang could not win any project, the rest like AZRB bla bla bla....would not win either.

I would say Gadang will go for its holidays on CNY. Before that until end of January, it goes up all the way.

Today it is really a pleasant day. It proves that my decision of investing in Gadang two years ago was justifiably right.
