Have you ever heard the story called "The boy who Cried Wolf"? A few month ago, Janet hinted that interest rate hike was possible. Then, She stressed it would be carried out by the end of the year. One month ago, stronger signal was given that revision of interest rate would be necessary. At first, market participants were so crazy and nervous that they pulled out whatever they had been investing in emerging economies. Later, they found that they were too emotional and it was a good time to unload USD asset to reap the profit given the positive news on US side. While the FED kept saying that interest rate would be increased to rationalized level for many times, investors eventually got used to this. I believe that the interest rate hike would not lead to significant huge capital outflow in December comparing to August this year. Those who wanted to run away from emerging markets already did so a few months ago. Don't be so silly that Malaysian economy will be in chaos or even collapse etc....this is all nonsense. Think of the following question by yourself, is Malaysian economy growing? If so, why should you worry?

Foreign investors keep buying shares in Malaysia market despite the expected interest hike in US in the mid December. What does this imply? The market has already priced in the interest rate revision issue. Nothing to surprise and foreigners who are supposed to invest in emerging market are back.

I can't find any reason not to say Gadang is an undervalued gem.

They buy and then dispose and then buy and then dispose, repeatedly. Shock sendiri, kaki bue, kaki song.

Yes. Some may doubt Gadang will face another huge crash suppose Janet Yallen introduced interest hike in December. However, I do not see this time it will be as inpactful as in August since the government comes up with Valuecap to support the market.

When you go through most counters in Bursa, tell me which counter is superior to Gadang in term of financial health, P/E and business prospect. I would say Gadang is second to none.

Frankly speaking, you hardly find a true entrepreneur like Kok Onn nowadays. I really look up to this savvy man who acted as a white knight to secure a financially vulnerable company in 1997 and has been committed to developing it a star performer in construction sector.

I have been holding this stock since it was 0.90. No one can be much more familiar than am I of the company's profile. Those who believe in value investing please stay calm and steady. I am very sure the drawdown at around 4.00 pm was attributed to stock manipulator. No worries.

KWAP and KWSP back this counter. When VALUECAP fund starts being injected to share market, Gadang may be one of the potential benefited counter.
