（吉隆坡9日讯）森那美（SIME，4197，主板贸服股）收购新不列顛棕油公司（NBPOL）的献议死灰復燃！森那美今天宣布，以每股37.54令吉（7.15英镑）或总值56亿3240万令吉的代价，向新不列顛棕油公司提出全面献购。

森那美总裁兼首席执行员丹斯里巴克沙烈今天在记者会上指出，巴布亚新几內亚（Papua New Guinea）政府已提供书面確认表示，此项收购活动將不会影响该国的利益，同时，新不列顛棕油公司独立董事委员会將一致建议股东接受此献购建议。

回顾9月30日，隨著与居林（Kulim，2003，主板种植股）60天的独家谈判期限正式届满后，森那美发文告表示，將终止一切对居林旗下新不列顛棕油公司约49%股权的收购行动。然而，在短短一周內，森那美再次提出以每股37.54令吉，全面献购新不列顛棕油。而是次是森那美直接向该公司提出全面献购，而非只是向居林收购所持有的部份股权。

巴克沙烈透露，早前终止收购居林手中的新不列顛棕油股权，主要是该公司原本就计划进行全面献购，但未取得当地政府的书面確认，所以才宣布告吹。

From our understanding, Kulim has not identified any asset to acquire using the proceeds from the sale of QSR, which increases the likelihood that Kulim will return the cash to shareholders in the form of a special dividend, much like what it did with the proceeds from sale of Natural Oleochemicals. To recap, Kulim stands to receive RM1.1bn from sale of its QSR stake, which if fully paid out as dividend, will result in a special dividend of 87 sen per share.

（吉隆坡17日訊）居林（KULIM，2003，主板種植組）完成以1億4千248萬令吉收購印尼PT Wisesa Inspirasi Nusantara（PTWIN）74%股權。
該公司發文告表示，因上述收購，印尼投資協調委員會（BKPM）已於去年12月30日，批准PT WIN企業為海外投資公司。
“為符合印尼投資協調委員會股權需求，各造同意將PT WIN的333萬及1千股，轉移給居林，脫售價近5千698萬令吉。”
另外，由居林也以137萬令吉認購及注入8千411萬令吉作為購買種植地的運作資本。
PT WIN股權轉移已於2月14日完成，目前居林持有PT WIN74%，另外26%則由PT GSB持有。（星洲日報／財經）

According to a report released by RHB Research, the rental for the first eight years is fixed at 8% of construction costs, plus 4% of land value. From the ninth year onwards, there will be a step-up of 2% annually.

“This translates to about RM3.5 million per annum, or an attractive 7% yield, based on the net market value of RM35 psf, after a RM5 psf discount for the land”, RHB Research noted.

Construction is targeted to commence in early 2014 and estimated to be completed in mid-2015. The school expects its first student intake in September 2015.
