angelina, your assumption is not correct lar... read the announcement, proposed acquisition of ranhill shares at consideration of RM1.50, meaning whoever holds ranhill now, will get symphony shares at RM1.50 (after consolidate), meaning the owners are subsribing it at RM1.50(after conso) or RM0.15 now

660m symphony shares will be consolidate into 66m, then rights issue, one for one share.. assuming they raise rights issue of 66m shares at RM2.50, meaning RM165m cash

So now the total shares is 132m

Assuming price tag of ranhill is 600million, owners price tag is RM1.50, owners will receive 400 million new shares

Total shares will be 532million

the owners will get about 75% of symphony shares while minority gets 25%, this is assuming no offer for sale

of course up too much, correction abit lor, i see it going up higher than 2.50 after may
