dragon.....the count on hengyuan is still on course (for short term). HSI is a v wild beast ....is not easy to tame it. When it tell u that u r not on the same "page" with it,an alternate count is required.....n must take action immediately hehehe !!

purebull .. hawk, when price reaches a resistance level and starts to consolidate tightly, is this a sign of bulls ? :) otherwise, won't the bears start to attack ? i think for hsi, it's only safe to short when price breaks below the yellow box .. safer still is for price to retest the lower boundary of the box as resistance .. and then 1st target green box ? in any case, let's see how dow is doing at the tip of the pennant as pointed out by namaste

5min of hsi looks like an ascending triangle in the making ... so, let's see if price can break this pattern or not to soar higher ! if we see price consolidates tightly (sideways) around the resistance level (ie upper line of the ascending triangle), then quite likely the build-up will be able to break thru' the pattern

look at how HY works on 5min ...

1) drop and pull away from 20MA
2) consolidate in a horizontal box and catch up with 20MA
3) when near 20MA, drop again to pull away

but as u can see from the momentum indicator, selling is getting 'tamer' .. again, this is not good enuf a signal to go long !! u must have your own entry strategy depending on u are aggressive or conservative
