When SBB pushed up share price high enough, normally many people would sell theirs so SBB is actually looking to buy shares from those people in the open market. Easily push up with billions cash.

Kenanga mentioned first & second resistances at 1.30 and 1.40 respectively. First resistance was breached upward today closing at 1.32 so i think it's heading its way to even higher.

Ytl company itself has 47% direct stake in ytlpowr...u dont have to be genius to know that more earnings contribution will flow into Ytl soon. With consistent and such aggresive shares buyback daily, more value creation for shareholders. If treasury shares are to be cancelled then expect even higher EPS.

Most likely SBB will continue until next quarter result and maybe rewarding shareholders with free shares from SBB or cancel the outstanding shares. Either way I think they will push up share price back to pre-election level or even higher.

NTA is 1.32 It will return to above 1.30 and shares buyback will push it even higher. Generous dividend will also be declared by year end. Watch out what's next catalyst for the company! Finance Minister Lim mentioned the government received offers to halve costs of HSR so YTL stand a good chance. They have spilled the beans on high possibility the HSR project would resume.

For example, some people who sold at 1.13 could've sold it higher at 1.15 which did happen briefly. While that price surged up has an effect on their psychological state therefore they felt that they don't want to miss out another rally so they bought again without hesitant hence they bought higher than normally would. This is a typical scenario why a stock with hefty shares buyback would manipulate its holders or potential buyers. It wouldn't be a surprise if market maker would want to push share price back to where it was before the selloff started at 1.30
