The impairment exercise on its drilling assets would result in a MYR160m
p.a. savings in depreciation from FY19. That would be offset by lower
drilling asset utilization (-8-14-ppts in FY20-21E), on flattish DCRs. The
E&C operations should see moderate recovery from FY20. On that, we
lower: (i) FY19 loss estimate by 26% and (ii) FY20 net profit estimate by
38%. We expect SAPE to remain in the red in FY9 before returning to the

Pushing up the price up will only the get more price being press down , not only by EPF but also many contra player. If big shark is smart , they will maintain the current price and keep collecting at this until they feel the right time to push it up. sometime contra player are making thing worst.
