Next month QR won't show any drastic increase in revenue.
1. SPNB one just MOU, still need to form a new joint venture company with SPNB and finalise profit sharing then only can get green light to start work.

2. DFNET company already form, now need to look for location for new factory most probably in Johor. Once factory ready then only can start production run.

3. VSolar just finished fund raising exercise. Now in the last quarter. Their first order probably only come in during last month of current quarter or beginning of next quarter.

So don't hope to see any drastic increase in revenue within 6 months period.

This stock provide room for trader to trade, every 0.005 cent is 7%. Why don't you jump in to trade, why you wait.

Yup, just stay aside unless you have cash to buy and hold. Most counter down. Current market sentiment is not suitable for trading. but for long term yes. Even for long term, I also don't want to buy now, will wait until sentiment better. No need to buy extreme low. Just buy low is enough.

Long Term investor had no need to worry, cause company growth is what we want to see.

My avg is only 0.095, I don't think it is high. Maybe you should just go and buy vsolar, they don't make profit, had to ask investor to subscribe to right issue to raise money, just JV with UTM to do R&D, not thinking of diversify to biomass and the best thing is their price is now RM0.13

I will just stick with Trive, cause they already spend huge losses in R&D for the last few years and have a complete range of solar solution, even China company is looking into JV with them to open factory to mass producing. For the last 3 qtr they have been making profit. With some many project in hand, any of the project take off will be very encouraging. Best of all price only RM0.08.

Dun think so, oredi so mny project , tis small company hv no cash flow to run so many project, if they won again , afraid the price will goes towards more downtrend (to borrow money from traders)

This one is to JV to form a new company call DFNET with 50/50 between Trive and JFNET. Initial share capital is 10m, 2nd phase is 30m and 3rd phase is 20m. Total investment is 60m share equally, therefore Trive investment is 30m only.

This JV is to setup manufacturing plant in Malaysia to produce solar related products to supply to Fortunate Solar Technology Ltd, UTM / VSolar (150 mil orders from UTM , vsolar), Hubei Guang Bo (100 mil orders from Hubei guang bo).

Why ppl look for Trive? I believe Trive have the technical know how and have a number of patent or copyright under its name. In business that involve in R&D, their Intellectual Property (IP) is the most valuable asset. Even Vsolar had to look for Trive to supply to them.

This is to develop residential house on their own land near Bandar Baru Kertih Jaya. This one need a lot of money so need to issue PP to raise 60.5m. Trive will develop 1st phase to test water. If good respond, then continue 2nd phase and 3rd phase. If not good, then sell land.

But don't worry, the PP subscribe do not need to return back one.

Whenever a company give bonus to mother share, warrant will get bonus with the same ratio as mother share.

Warrant won't have an effect to dilute share price because they need to be exercise to become a mother share and the exercised price will go to the company as a working capital.

However company don't usually adjust their warrant exercise price during bonus issue. In case of Trive reducing the exercise price for warrant-b is a double bonus to warrant holder.

Don't be scare off by those naysayer who only take pleasure in other misery.

Ask yourself, how much holding do you have in your hand? Will you be able to cause share to drop another level with your pitiful number of share in hand? Or will you be able to make the share to move up? There are 20m unit waiting at each level.

To be investor you need to learn how to value a company and alway in a lookout to identity undervalue company.

Of course, if you want to be trader, then it just follow what newrookie say : goreng stock no FA & no TA but who care as long can make money

After cut loss at 7.5c & I get my capital from HOOVER & MJPERAK definitely I will buy again TRIVE next week. Follow by (SUMATEC-goreng stock no FA & no TA but who care as long can make money), (VIZIONE-awarded RM800m++ project), (TIGER-Telaris Alam Impian Township, Condo at Gombak, Seri Kembangan & Cheras), (MRCB-waiting money from EDL disposed + PRU14 goreng stock), (OPCOM-check Calvin article for further detail) & (DNEX-technical rebound + sudah lama tidur).

Try to google Kertih Project to find out what was happening there.

Usually private placement will dilute share price cause they are alway issue to private investor at a 10% discount. However in our case is a bit unique in the sense that private placement is 50% premium.

The private placement will have a thicken effect instead of dilute.

Trive NOSH = 1.34b
Propose to Issue additional share by : 37.41%
Propose to raise : RM60.5m

Now let do some calculation to get the Private Placement (PP) Issue Price.

No of new share issue for PP = 1,340,000,000 x 37.41/100 = 501,294,000
Issue price per unit for PP = RM60,500,000 / 501,294,000 = RM0.12

Foreign Investor willing to Invest in Trive at RM0.12 and the current price is RM0.08
This represent RM0.04 cents differences, or 50% discount of current market price.

If you are a major shareholder, would you be sitting down quietly while your company stock where manipulated down? Will the Foreign Fund still want to continue invest in your company if they are paying 50% premium?

Foreign Fund manager only interested to invest in company that had forecasted growth. If I am the major shareholder or director, I won't be feeling easy and just sitting still to wait to receive call from Macquarie Bank.
