If Sumatec a lost making company which going to perform debt restructure soon can hit 10c then
Trive which already completed debt restructure and making profit for the past 3 quarter should set a target price of 30c.

Anyway the average target price set for this group is 47c, you can see above of this page.

So long it is healthy uptrend, there is no need to sell cheap now. let it return back to 20c first.
However, if speculator jump in and suddenly push it up by more than 5c, then better run and collect back thing cooldown.

@ sell. I do not know abount Anzo, Mlab cause I don't invest them and I don't do any research on them. So I can't tell you why they stay low.

But what is important to me in Trive is :
1. Is this stock low already or not?
2. How low some more can this stock go?
3. If it move up, how high can it go?
4. Do the group make a turnaround after restructure?
5. How was last year quarter result comparing with this year quarter result?
6. Was the group do nothing or actively seeking new business opportunity?
7. How was the group approach in fund raising?
8. Was the group in a niche market?
9. Was the group focus or too diversify?
10. What was the future outlook for this group?

You do your own research and anwser this 10 question. If you think worth to invest at least mid term, you buy else take your money and go somewhere else.

For a small group like Trive my value for its Solar Division alone already 10c

When the Property division kick off the SPNB project of 1.1b, just imagine how many percentage of profit it could get from this 1.1b.

Now it look more like EPF is use to prevent TS Mokhzani from selling high.

But this time is different cause it is a contract to built SPNB house in KL. FT should have the money, don't you think?

That was old contract sign back in 2014 to built public houses in Alor Star. The contract is for 3 years. Now 3 years already over and the project still not move. I think most probably the Local Authority have no money, or can't secure a loan.

In future, if you guys notice speculator enter Trive and push it all the way up like 20/10/2017, you all should sell immediately and wait until it cooldown before re-enter.

Myself also just exit from Hibiscus last Friday, now need to wait until I know what is its low before I buy back.

I think Trive also have another MOU sign with Hubei Guang Bo back in May 2017.

1. Trive already completed debt restructure and now debt free.

2. The Solar division is profit making, and Trive cost of doing business are very low. The Solar division alone was sufficient for the group to be profitable. Couple with today's announce JV with Daima Fu Jing, we will see a even brighter future for Solar Division.

3. As for the Property division. Trive had sign MOU with Tenaga Meriah Sdn Bhd to be turnkey contractor to build affordable home for SPNB with GDV of 1.1b located in KL.

Actually Trive was on the uptrend since Aug 2017 with 0.095 on 30/08/17 to 0.200 on 19/10/2017. It was on the 20/10/2017 when announce sign of MOU with Tenaga Meriah that Speculator suddenly enter Trive and push it all the way to 0.275 then start profit taking on 21/10/2017. The profit taking cause panic sales which pull it all the way down to 0.095 on 08/10/2017 before X date.

In my opinion, Trive was a victim of Stock Speculation. Also because Trive is not a family own group, therefore, no one come to its assistant. Usually family control group will have owner announcement to stop panic sales. Then owner family member will enter market to acquire some stock to bring back investor confident. eg: Ekovest

As for Trive, the panic sales continue for 13 days which bring it back to 30/08/2017 level.

What I see is that Trive uptrend should be intact, when Investor confident return, Trive sure will resume it uptrend. At this moment, Trive is actually very very under value.

We don't always have the chance to buy a profit making company below 10c. Tell me how many candy can you buy with 10c nowadays? What more Trive now worth less than candy.

Invest for the future. Future fuel is in Electric. Trive also produce battery for EV. Solar cell also need battery to store electric.

You should know how aggressive China is in pushing renewable energy. JV with China company to develop Solar is a wise move for the group future.
