oil price drop has been and since beginning was due to oversupply... economic status of many countries are still good. as a matter of fact, the latest retail sales data is impressive... price of gas per gallon is super cheap every where.... where do you think the savings from the gas price spending will go to? (except Malaysia's gas price of course).... bottomline, the world economy is intact... I expect to see 1800 by year end due to bargain hunting and window dressing

investors will realize in mass later that the drop in oil price is primarily due to oversupply, period. economy is still good with stable consumption if not better consumption since lower energy price will allow consumers to have more disposable income... its basic.... those who think the economy is crashing because oil is dragging the economy should think again... let's not be foolish... the lower the oil price, the better the economic numbers... primarily driven by retail sales.
