It is by default go to dividend re-investment plan or we need to fill in some form ?

Actually i more prefer receive dividend, and i don't want have odd lot in my account.

it is no doubt VS will going growth..

i just curious on following statement:

"I am obliged to tell you that my wife and I have bought about 15 million shares in the last few weeks as soon as I saw the jump in EPS."

Based on latest qtr report, VS issued share was around 196M unit.
That mean KYY already exceed 5% shareholding requirement.

But why i can't found any announcement in BUrsa Malaysia?

How it just means RM15M value share?

Revenue drop due to flood in Dec'15, but profit increase...Soley due to gain of disposal of land.
If excluding this extraordinary gain, operation suffer loss.

Hi riff, their eps calculation got some problem, i think they will issue the amend copy soon.

Last year qtr was RM 37m, and eps was 4.04, this quarter only RM 6M, but eps is 6.96 sen ?

Do you think this is reasonable ? I had run thru their qtr report, they use the wrong basis of share balance in arriving the eps in this qtr.

Current price only 28.5 sen, if p/e = 10, fair value should be 40 sen..

for bonus share/dividend, at least we can know the amount of price adjustment before ex date.
But how to calculate the adjustment price for free warrant ? Anybody can advise.
So i can use it as future reference.

I also not understand.. tot the warrant is free of cost.

i bought xinquan last week...

same case, 1 free warrant for every 2 ordinary share

the share price didn't adjust after ex date

the drop of pricing solely bcoz ppl take profits after ex date...

so, i think it the free warrant won't adjust the Menang price after ex date
