Spinning I do agreed with Dragon that you revised it to downside after attended EGM to 0.31! I think it's normal for any human being to react in such manner since the price has been very worrying and panic to all at late even good news announced one after another.

It's good to closed at 0.355 and let's hope for a stronger rebound next Monday as sapnrg always give uneasy nerve in their daily opening price! Could it be a short live rebound or it indicate upside from now.....whatever is it, please don't play contra!

The Saudi Aramco said during the 4th IKTVA Forum & Exhibition, the company has signed deals to the tune of $27.5bn with suppliers. The agreements were signed with companies that include Sapura Fabrication; a consortium of Lamprell Energy and Boskalis Westminster; Baker Hughes, a GE Company; Schlumberger; and Honeywell.

Frankly speaking Sapura was based on 0.60 when they came out with the RI and look at the potential upside if based on the current price!

If based on 0.33-0.345 now and RI approved, it worked out 0.305-0.315 with free warrant if buy from opened market. So might as well buy from the open market....

apNrg, no single fund managers or investors would put a constraint on their cash flow unless they have locked in at least 30%-50% gains prior the RI offered commitment. In this scenario, why PNB, Maybank and CS would purchase the RI and can you guarantee the price will not go below 0.30 if RI offered approved on 29/11?

Give me a single logical reason why should PNB, Maybank Investment Bank and Credit Suisse would keen to take up the RI offer if they can get it much cheaper from the open market and put a constraints on their cash flow, unless their IQ are as low aa carrot and not good in Math.

If based on 0.33-0.345 for the next few days and if approved the RI offered on 29/11, it's almost identical to the RI offered price! I think you can figure out why I said so!

Based on the current share trading price against the RI offered price is not logical and wise for the big investors to take up as they don't add any values to them. I am sure it will not approved unless the share price spike up to 0.45-0.50 by 28/11.
