Rm 500 million / rm 1.44 billion = 34.7%

2 projects add up... roughly profit rm 500 million

Putrajaya project - rm 297.387 million less construction cost rm 266.2 million = rm 31.187 million

To work out profit.... very simple- cyberjaya project - rm 1.147 less construction cost rm 639.8 less land cost rm 6.5 million x 5.906 acres = rm 468.81 million

Yes ..... use the 1.44 billion minus the construction cost and minus land cost ..... you get the profit
