Background
DLADY is the stock name for Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad. Its stock code is 3026. I believe that most Malaysians are familiar with this dairy products company. Its products include milk powders, liquid milk and yoghurts. Its principal business market is Malaysia.
Its ultimate holding company is Royal FrieslandCampina N.V., a multinational dairy cooperative based in the Netherlands.

Highlights
Now I shall discuss the five attributes that I use to judge a stock.
First, the dividend yield (DY). My target is around 5%. We can see that its DY is always below my target. (×)
Second, the cash ratio. I normally aim for more than 0.5. In the past two years, the ratio was below 0.5. I am going to take it as a no. (×)
Third, the current ratio. The target is more than 2. We can see that this ratio is always less than 2. (×)
Fourth, the debt/equity (D/E) ratio. There is no hard target for this ratio but the lower it is, the better. DLADY has no debt at all. (√)
Finally, the free cash flow (FCF). I aim for positive FCF. DLADY passed this criterion with flying colours. (√)
Overall, this company hits two criteria only.

DLADY latest price
As on 25 June 2019, its share price is RM 63.50. Its recent 1-year highest price was RM 68.00 while its lowest was RM 58.90.
Conclusion
I personally would not invest in this stock. One reason is that the share price is too pricey for me (the minimum purchase will cost more than RM 6000). Another reason is that it does not hit most of my criteria. Nonetheless, if you have purchased DLADY two to three years ago when it was selling at RM 40+, you would already have a very handsome profit today.
