What we read from books written by americans cannot be applied to msia stocks as mkt cap so much smaller. Majority of the shares controlled by certain individuals.
Another related point, illiquidity of the counter.

For #picorp, based on it's results, it's still pretty okay to hold on to. Don't let the short term dip in technical indicators scare u away... cause when it jumps, hard to get it. JMHO ;)

I'm pretty sure it was force sell.. Saw the sell queue parked at .3 switched to .295 to .29 to .285. before 1230.

(1) Force sell? I saw the parked sell queue at .3 switched to sell at mkt at .295. (Contra players)
(2) Management (insiders) want to collect cheaper? Scare tactics, make public sell. (Highly doubt it's this. Volume was below average)
(3) #nomanland has a point, chart does look similar BUT it was before all the spike up volume occurring in march. Furthermore, if you check Accumulation/distribution level.... Accumulation level is all time high.

I, personally would first look at the macro view:
KLCI was bearish the last couple of days, it's natural shrimps would unload at current prices.

Then looking at the counter: No announcements of shareholders unloading recently other than the one time off starting of the month.

On chart, MACD is turning bearish, no denying that. BUT vol. below average when prices dipped. Accumulation level still high.

JMHO, we should collect at this price discount.
Dividend of 0.0065 would be (0.0065/0.295= 2.2%) Semi annual payment.
One year would translate to 4.4%.

Look at Nov 2013 to current spot month. Direction of the counter is evident= North... Up to the stars and moon.

Well, I could be wrong. Maybe, come Monday it would drop below 0.25.....

Short term fluctuations is inevitable... long term prospects for this company is pretty awesome.

Please note that ex dividend is next Wednesday. Good semi annual payout.

When the big boys start to notice this counter, this counter will soar like smrt/presbhd.

We just need the likes of Brahmal Singh, Mr Koon, Coldeye, EPF (mkt cap too small, probably not within their criteria) to make their presence known in this relative low profile company.

PICOP—Very Bullish after breaking out from the Round Bottom Formation (Reaction high of $0.245) and carry an estimated Target of $0.36 in mid term. For the short term, very bullish at stage 2 of the cycle. It broke out from the Rectangle trading at $0.30 lately and hit a high of $0.32 and now it is retesting the new support of $0.30/$0.295 (Resistance turns support). Failure to hold will find stronger support at $0.28/$0.275. A break above $0.32 will take it very strong resistance at $0.345 and a target of $0.36. Exit if $0.25 is violated.
