I m in KSL resort now... Trading by the side of their water theme park. Hotel is good value for money. Service good. Saw their ads on the new property developments in Johor. Looks very promising. NTA is still good even though dropping compare to previous quarters. Profit making company. 40% dividend policy. at the price of 1.35, I believe its good value. Collected some for 6 months holding.
