The operative word is "if approved". These companies don't even know if their vaccines are going to pass phase 2 & 3. But a vaccine will come, eventually.

Moderna vaccine is hard to produce and store and has no timeline to finish phase 2 and 3 (earliest is next year). No chance M'sia is going to produce it.
