大马酒店业者公会槟城分会主席邱武林告诉《南洋商报》，每次大团队来到槟城旅行，大多数为商务旅游。

他表示，除了每逢佳节或一些国际活动将提升槟城酒店的住客率之外，这所带领的中国游客也不例外。

他说，槟城的酒店几乎都爆满，但截至目前并没有遇到旅客租不到房间的问题。

just spent a good day reading the AR, do not feel optimistic when noticed if without the disposal of discontinued operation assets, salcon is actually incurred net operating losses even though with profits generated from langat 2. cheers and good night.

Surprisingly hotel will be commenced in 2019, as opposed to its original plan in 2017. Could be extended again and and resulting in further delay for reimplementing dividend policy to reward shareholders. Hope the hotel could have phase 1 and phase 2 in plan so phase 1 can open early to capture the booming tourism market first.... we do not know when Chinese tourist would shift travel interest to other places

Another part of responsibility, is how well the management can reward its shareholders interest by way of paying dividend when the company has surplus cash should be think of. The illustration of directors remuneration (4.97 mil) shows that the directors cum shareholders (46% of 109 mil shares) get rewards of good 10% annually dividend yield on their investments, so they don't have to implement ESOS to rewards its employees and in return a dilution to their interests. A case study of PPHB, no matter how well it's figures passed Buffet's $1 test, it is just numbers. Shareholders of PPHB will care more how the management can fulfill their responsibilities to reward the shareholders.

Could someone explain what is the announcement about? 1. If this is a RPT, why only shareholder approval in general meeting is required but not extraordinary? 2. Can't understand why Salcon Australia has net AUD800K net worth but the share disposal price is 120k and only worth approx 19% of 80% net worth? 3. Why the advance payment of AUD 17 mil has no interest charge? 4. Why the acquisition price of AUD 40mil is not considered in the share disposal transaction ?
