go to importing.com and you will see that top glove is using different entity to ship the glove to their US customer, there are glove from top glove thai medical, tg malaysia, tg china etc.... top glove can just reshuffle the shipment from other plant to deliver to US.

of course best scenario is sell to supermx as OEM and supermx sell it as OBM :)
