Business wise, malaysia & singapore ops are improving QoQ, taiwan ops have been steady growing though at a small % pace QoQ, currency exchange of USD to Ringgit also has regained from 4.11 in Sept to now 4.38. With their customers signalling better revenue (Tsmc guided +12.7% next quarter) in the coming quarters, demand is only getting better..

2. 美元会继续大跌吗?

The lack of volume is probably due to:
a) lack of coverage by brokers
b) a small share base - 384m, little floating shares in the market
c) unexciting revenue and profits in the past
Once plant 6's server revenue kicks in, the stock price should reflect the greater fundamentals as revenue size will be doubled or more, not many companies can deliver double revenue by next year..any dips should be opportunities to nimble.
